It’s been a crazy last few weeks. And I know I’m going to lose followers from this post and I’ve braced myself for some nasty comments. But I know I’m not the only one that’s been in my situation, so here goes.
I spent a week beating myself up for wanting to start eating meat again. I felt guilty, afraid, and most of all stuck. I didn’t feel healthy and I was struggling to provide myself and my son with good balanced nutritional meals.
